Principles
The Journal of Tropical Coleopterology (JTC) is committed to the highest standards of both critical scholarly review and scientific publishing. Through employing a rigorous peer review by world renowned experts in the field of coleopterology combined with careful judgement of the editorial board ensure that all papers published in our journal adhere to the highest quality and standards. All publications in JTC formally begins with the preliminary evaluation from the editorial team. If the paper will pass through initial evaluation, the manuscript will be assigned with at least 3 content editors who are experts in the field to evaluate the scientific accuracy, completeness, and originality of the paper. Hence our journal put high regard to all the members of the editorial board and our peer reviewers who are responsible in maintaining the high standards of the journal.

Credibility of Authorship
All authors must guarantee that their submitted manuscript does not contain libelous or infringing items or in any way violates the copyright of another party.

Publication Errors and Misconduct
In JTC, all members of the editorial team worked hand-in-hand in evaluating every manuscript submitted in the journal. With this, we work as a team in resolving all issues we might find in the submitted manuscript, particularly if it contains plagiarized materials, fabrication of research, duplication of scientific work, or failure to disclose conflict of interests.
